Was watching the election coverage tonight after the primaries. The media is ridiculous. The tide seems to be starting to turn back to Clinton again and they’re loving it and glady pushing in that direction. Question: Is there actual malice or media bias going on, or are they just doing it because it makes for a better story? I think it’s the latter. Will be interesting to see what happens!

I’ve cooked Indian food from powders, kits, and pastes before, but this was my first attempt at making a curry-type dish totally from scratch. I got the recipe from a Pakistani girl who I work with. Don’t have time to post the recipe right now but this was a curry made with ground chicken, potatoes and tomatoes. The ingredients included: onions, fresh tomatoes, paprikia, turmeric, ground corriander, red pepper, fresh chilies, garam masala, and ground chicken. The basic idea is you fry and add all the ingredients in a certain order. It actually wasn’t that hard to make. Served it with some aromatic jasmine rice. It was great!
