I found an amazing Turkish food blog on eGullet yesterday. Bob is an American living in Turkey and writes about everything related to Turkish food with a little bit of culture mixed in. There are recipes, discussions about ingredients, food history, and Turkish culture. The photos are a fascinating snapshot into culintary life in Turkey and it’s definately worth checking out.
